01. A small-space home practice
Begin by making room around you. Use a stable, level surface with enough clearance for the equipment and the full movement. Check any seams, handles, bands and connection points before you start.
- Take a few easy movements to warm up without equipment.
- Choose familiar movements within a comfortable range.
- Use a controlled pace and keep breathing naturally.
- If you add resistance, use only the setup and stretch limits described in the product instructions.
- Finish gradually, inspect your equipment again and store it away from heat and sharp edges.
02. An evening stretch routine
Choose comfortable positions you already know. Keep movement slow and avoid bouncing or forcing a deeper position. A stretching strap can help you maintain a position, but it should not be used to pull beyond a comfortable range. Follow its instructions and check stitching and loops before use.
Focus on consistency and comfort rather than depth. Change positions gradually and stop if you notice pain, numbness, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
03. Move between meetings
A brief pause can be a useful cue to stand, change position and take a short walk. If comfortable, move your shoulders and arms gently through an easy range. Avoid rapid neck movements or forceful pressure.
Keep manual tools under your control. Use light pressure, follow the product instructions and avoid applying tools to the front of the neck, injured areas or other sensitive areas. Keep your workspace clear so equipment does not become a trip hazard.
04. A calmer post-training finish
Ease the pace down gradually after a session. Choose familiar, gentle movements and allow time to settle before packing away your equipment.
Massage balls and manual rollers are general fitness accessories for warm-up, mobility, relaxation and post-training use. They are not offered as treatment for pain, injury or disease. Follow the product directions, use comfortable pressure and stop if use feels painful or causes unusual discomfort.
Keep your practice comfortable
Inspect equipment before every session. Replace damaged elastic components rather than stretching through visible wear. Never exceed a manufacturer's instructed extension or use an improvised connection. Consult a qualified professional if you need advice on whether an exercise or product is appropriate for you.
