These Terms of Service govern access to the ArcMotion Gear online store at aifusq-gb.myshopify.com and any connected official domain, and purchases from ArcMotion Gear, operated by VEYORA LABS INC. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and activity performed through your account.

2. Product information

We aim to display accurate titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors and images. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause reasonable differences. Product images may include editorial context; the product page and selected option control what is included. Contact support before ordering if a specification is essential to your intended use.

3. Pricing, availability and errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable store-collected sales tax is included in displayed product prices. Shipping and any separately collected charges are displayed before order submission. Import duties or destination charges not collected at checkout may remain payable to the relevant authorities. We may correct typographical, pricing or availability errors and may cancel an affected order with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be provided by third-party processors. You authorize the selected method for the total shown. We may use fraud-prevention checks and decline or cancel transactions reasonably suspected to be unauthorized or unlawful.

5. Shipping

Shipping destinations, processing estimates, delivery ranges, tracking, delays and address procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Eligible products may be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact support promptly to request cancellation; an order cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Limited warranty

We provide the original purchaser with a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during normal household use, starting on delivery. Our remedy is repair where practical, replacement, or refund. Ordinary wear, misuse, overextension, unauthorized alteration and accidental damage are excluded. Contact support with the order number, issue and photographs before returning a product. Warranty coverage does not replace rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. General fitness and safety

Products and educational content are intended for general fitness, strength, mobility, stretching, warm-up, relaxation and post-training use. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or injury. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a new exercise routine when appropriate. Inspect equipment before each use, follow included instructions, use a clear area and stop if equipment is damaged or movement causes pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.

9. Reviews and user content

Reviews must reflect genuine experience and may not be unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringe another person’s rights. If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the store. We do not require positive sentiment and do not prohibit honest reviews. Material connections or incentives must be clearly disclosed.

10. Intellectual property

The ArcMotion Gear name, site design, original copy, graphics, photographs and videos are owned by or licensed to VEYORA LABS INC. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce, scrape, resell or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, introduce malware, bypass security, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools that unreasonably burden the service, violate another person’s rights, or use products or content for unlawful purposes.

12. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, hosting, shipping, social media and other features may be provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites outside our control.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEYORA LABS INC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot be limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VEYORA LABS INC for third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction continue to apply. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution through support. Any court proceeding may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law gives you another venue.

17. Changes, severability and contact
